Important Dates
August 3rd – August 14th Time: Anytime ONLINE	Online Registration for ALL Students Window for parents to complete the on-line registration process for Canyons District. This is required each year. Parents may call Midvale Middle from 8 am – 3 pm to receive assistance with the online process.
Wednesday, August 5th 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM	Help with Fee Waivers & Computer Access Parents may come to Midvale Middle School to receive assistance with completing fee waivers, paying fees, and registering students new to the district.  There will also be computers available for parents needing access to complete the online registration process. *Fee waivers must be filled out yearly and turned in with documentation by August 31st.
Thursday, August 13th 5:00 – 7:00 PM	Back to School Night Open House Midvale Middle School students and their parents are invited to meet teachers and tour the school. Student schedules will be available on Skyward at 3 p.m. if online registration is complete and fees are paid.
Friday, August 14th 7:50 – 11:50 AM	6th Grade Orientation 6th grade STUDENTS, please bring your class schedule. Students will attend each class and learn about the procedures at Midvale. *Transportation is provided for bus eligible students.
Monday, August 17th 7:50 AM – 2:50 PM	First day of School
