Online Registration for ALL Students Window for parents to complete the on-line registration process for Canyons District. This is required each year. Parents may call Midvale Middle from 8 am – 3 pm to receive assistance with the on-line process. |

Help with Fee Waivers & Computer Access Parents may come to Midvale Middle School to receive assistance with completing fee waivers, paying fees, and registering students new to the district. There will also be computers available for parents needing access to complete the online registration process.*Fee waivers must be filled out yearly and turned in with documentation by August 31st. |

Back to School Night Open House Midvale Middle School students and their parents can come meet teachers and tour the school. Student schedules will be available on Skyward at 3 p.m. if online registration is complete and fees are paid. |
