Locker Clean Out

Midvale Middle Families, Next week, students will be able to come and get their items from their hallway locker, gym locker, and pick up instruments.  Times have been scheduled by last name.

April 28th:  Last Names (A-G) 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

April 29th:  Last Names (H-P) 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

April 30th:  Last Names (Q-Z) 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The process will be as follows:

1. Students will enter through the front doors (in a line, 6 feet apart from their peers) and be allowed into the building, no more than 10 at a time.
2. Parents and siblings will need to wait outside of the building for the student.
3. Students will receive a garbage bag and be asked to quickly clean out their locker, be given the items from their gym locker (it will already be bagged), and they may pick up their instruments.
4. Containers to return textbooks and/or library books will be available.  If a student has a library book or textbooks at home that they are not using, please return them during this time.
5. 7th and 8th graders will pick up math workbooks as they exit.
6. Students will exit the building by the bus pickup/drop off.

Although we are assigning the pick up by last name, if another time is more convenient for your family, you are welcome to come at any of the times listed above. If you are unable to come during the above times, all items will be bagged and will be available to pick up the last week of school May 26th, 27th, and 28th.   

Midvale Middle Families, La próxima semana, los estudiantes podrán venir y obtener sus artículos de su casillero del pasillo, casillero del gimnasio y recoger instrumentos. Los horarios han sido programados por apellido. 

28 de abril:  Apellidos (A – G) 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

29 de abril: Apellidos (H – P) 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

30 de abril:Apellidos (Q – Z) 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

 El proceso será como sigue:

1. Los estudiantes entrarán por las puertas delanteras (en una línea, 6 pies de distancia de sus compañeros) y serán permitidos en el edificio, no más de 10 a la vez. 
2. Los padres y hermanos deberán esperar afuera del edificio por el estudiante.  
3. Los estudiantes recibirán una bolsa de basura y se les pedirá que limpien rápidamente su casillero, se les entregarán los artículos de su casillero del gimnasio (ya estarán en una bolsa) y podrán recoger sus instrumentos.
4. Contenedores para devolver libros de texto y / o libros de la biblioteca estarán disponibles. Si un estudiante tiene un libro de biblioteca o libros de texto en casa que no está usando, devuélvalos durante este tiempo.
5. Los alumnos de 7º y 8º grado recogerán libros de matemáticas al salir.
6. Los estudiantes saldrán del edificio por la puerta de atrás en donde los autobuses los dejan y los recogen. 

 Aunque estamos asignando la recogida por apellido, si otra hora es más conveniente para su familia, puede venir en cualquiera de los horarios mencionados anteriormente. Si no puede venir durante los horarios anteriores, todos los artículos serán empacados y estarán disponibles para recoger la última semana de clases el 26, 27 y 28 de mayo.
