Midvale Middle School students enjoy many choices in their own education. Celebrating diversity, our students teach us as much as we can teach them.

Safety

Students and parents are reminded that a new federal law prohibits the use or possession of a weapon or a facsimile of a weapon on school premises. The most popular facsimile of weapons to date include the popular Air-soft guns. The law is very clear that students possessing a facsimile of a weapon at school, regardless of intent, may be suspended for 180 days.

Estudiantes y padres, recuerde que una nueva ley federal prohibe el uso o posesión de un arma o facsímil de un arma en las escuelas. El facsímil más popular de un arma hoy incluye los "Air-soft guns." La ley es muy clara que estudiantes que posean un facsímil o un arma en la escuela, independientemente de la intención, puede ser suspendido hasta por 180 días.
